Created Media/ its proprietor shall not be liable for any disclosure of information or service availability.
Whilst we will make every effort to ensure the continuing availability of Church Edit websites, we can not be liable for any downtime and loss of availability that may occur. If downtime does occur, we will make every effort to restore the service as soon is possible.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services shall be limited to the charges paid by you in respect of the Services which are the subject of any such claim.
Church Edit Photo Library
The Church Edit control panel has a large photo library. You agree that these photos are only to be used within Church Edit . Under no circumstances are they to be downloaded and used in any other form other than in the Church Edit site.
Termination
If at any time you decide to cancel the subscription to Created Media, you may do so but will not receive a refund for any pre paid months.
Site Terms and Conditions
If you use Church Edit Plus then you must agree with the terms and conditions that will be displayed on your Church Edit site. These terms and conditions must be agreed by all users of the site and prevents both you and us from any liability that may occur from loss of availability or disclosure of information.
